Living Green Decor makes every effort to ensure our products look as close as possible to the depictions on our website but we acknowledge there may be slight variations in the color and size of our products.  Being hand-made we consider this normal and part of what makes our products unique.

All items are checked before dispatch but if you believe that a product received is faulty or damaged you may return the item for a refund or exchange.  The item must be returned within 14 days.  Please email us at admin@livinggreendecor.com.au 

within 7 days and send photos confirming the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.  Once we have received the item in good order and confirmed the fault or damage, we will refund the item along with the postage costs.

 We are sure you will be delighted with our products however if an item is returned because of a change of mind it must be done within 7 days and the item can be exchanged for another item or refunded.  Return postage costs will not be refunded and the item can only be returned or exchanged by the original purchaser.  The item must be returned in perfect condition and have not incurred transit damage for the exchange or refund to be provided. 

We request that the item is returned in protective packaging as goods damaged in transit will not be refunded.   A 5% Transaction & Processing fee will apply to change of mind returns and will be calculated on the purchase price.
