Postage and Delivery

When you purchase from Living Green Decor we will endeavour to ship your items within 48 hours.

We support Australian business and use Australia Post for our parcel deliveries and Transdirect for larger orders / wholesale. Parcel tracking systems provide a secure and reliable service.  If you are not home when Australia Post delivers your parcel they will either leave it in a safe place and take a photo of the parcel as proof of delivery or if they cannot leave it in a safe place they will leave a card so that you can collect the parcel from your local post office.

 

Delivery times - Australia

For standard post please allow 2 – 5 days depending on your state as all items are dispatched from Victoria.  Longer delivery times to be expected for W.A. & N.T. This is a guideline only as Australia Post do not guarantee delivery timeframes.
For Express Post we will endeavour to post your item on the same day if the order is received by 10.00am otherwise it will be dispatched next day.
These delivery times are based on items that are in stock at our Melbourne warehouse.  We will contact you if the item is on back order or if it is a custom-made item and provide you with a delivery time frame.

International Orders

To see the cost of shipping simply add the items to your cart, go to check out and click the update button.  If you are ordering from New Zealand please select the NZD option from the dropdown menu at the footer of the website.  Product prices and postal rates will be calculated in New Zealand Dollars and can be paid for in NZD.  Standard post allow 10 to 18 business days.

For all other international orders please select your preferred currency from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the website.  Postage is charged at a Standard flat rate for each country for parcels weighing up to 5kg.  If you wish to place a larger order or if you are having trouble checking out please contact us and we will calculate your shipping rate manually and process your order.

All international postage prices are based on Standard Post.  Allow 10 to 25 business days for delivery.  For express post please contact us for a quotation.

Packaging

We avoid plastic where possible and use recycled cardboard packaging to minimise our footprint.  Thank you for supporting us in this initiative.
