Shipping policy

To see the cost of shipping simply add the items to your cart, go to check out and click the update button.

We support Australian business and use Australia Post for our parcel deliveries.  Australia Post’s parcel tracking system provides a secure and reliable service.  If you are not home when Australia Post delivers your product they will either leave it in a safe place and take a photo of the parcel as proof of delivery or if they cannot leave it in a safe place they will leave a card so that you can collect the parcel from your local post office.

For standard post please allow 2 – 5 days depending on which state you are in as all items are dispatched from Victoria.  This is a guideline only as Australia Post does not guarantee delivery timeframes.

For Express Post we will endeavor to post your item on the same day if the order is received by 10.00 am otherwise it will be posted the following day.

These delivery times are based on standard items that are in stock at our Melbourne warehouse.  We will contact you if the item is on backorder or if it is a custom-made item and provide you with a delivery time frame.
